Mustaquin Community Development Corporation (MCDC) exists with the intentions of redeveloping

the West Las Vegas low-income neighborhood Ward 5 District of Nevada.

The mission of MCDC is to revitalize, stabilize and maintain the West Las Vegas neighborhood by refurbishing run down, abandoned properties, developing vacant land, and stimulating new construction, emphasizing safe, decent, affordable and sustainable living.

The goals of MCDC are to create economic stimulants within the community by providing job training and mentoring programs that will assist in growth and development in this low-income community. 

MCDC objectives include social, economic, and environmental sustainability.

Social well-being, economic development and circulation as well as environmental protection are of great concern and are most important to MCDC.
