UTILITIES ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (aka UAP) has been established to provide support for the Masajid and Islamic Centers in meeting the zakat requests of a growing Muslim community.

We are constantly depleting the zakat coffers and either we make special requests or go into operational funds.  The needy come from various walks of life.  They are refugees, single-family homes, wayfarers and travelers.  All of them have rights over us.

(Quran 24:33)… Moreover give them of the wealth of Allah that He has given you.
 
 Al-Maun is aware of the needs and the limited amount of resources that each Masajid and its members have.  Therefore we are pleased to announce our UAP.

This program is funded in part by Islamic Relief Zakat Assistance and your generous donations.

UAP funds will be used to pay utilities for qualified applicants once per year.
